Lakeside Dental is a dental practice like no other, situated on a quiet neighbourhood street with a beautiful view of Lake Ontario from a single dental chair. Dr. Bergen has solved some challenging dental issues for me through the years with genuine and comforting concern, always there to listen. He is supported by a dental assistant and dental hygienist who give their patients the intimate, personal experience they would expect and appreciate. I always look forward to my visits to Lakeside Dental and I could never imagine going anywhere else.

I love to go to the dentist, honest. Or more specifically to Lakeside Dental in Port Dalhousie, even though I live thirty miles away.
Doctor David Bergen is thorough and informative in his examinations, alert to a patient’s need for explanation, and so gentle in method that one feels little or no discomfort as he works. He is also an inspiring individual of much accomplishment and knowledge in many fields, and I have learned a great deal from him, all while seated in his dental chair and viewing the seasonal beauties of Lake Ontario out the window.
His assistant, Jenn and hygienist Edith, prove themselves, on each visit over the years, to be thoroughly up-to-date professionals, well-informed on current and very useful research. Each one inspires trust and confidence, each one is uniquely delightful and -yes, this is a dental office – a pleasure to be with.
